Ini Medan Bung!

I went to Thamrin Plaza nearby my house, cos yesterday I saw the signboard – free WiFi available on this particular floor. Foodcourt is there. Great! I can order a TehBotol and check my mails, blogging and so on.

I thought it’s just the same with free WiFi at 1U or other places in Malaysia where I just on my laptop’s wireless and can online already. But no, I need to login. Damn! I went from the highest floor (7th) to the 2nd floor. Asked the information centre and the lady told me to go 7th floor in front of cinema there will be staffs who will assist me about the voucher thingy.

Fine, off I went up again to the counter with 3 PCs, a tudung lady and a man. I asked her whether or not I can use wireless there. She gave me that I-don’t-understand-what-you-say kind of look. After a moment of confusing talk, she finally somewhat understand that I wanna online with my own laptop using the Wireless there.

Then I asked how to use the WiFi and what voucher I need. She said that Abang what what wasn’t here and she knew nothing. I looked at the three PCs and the man and her. “Oh, Kirain Mbak orang yang kerja di sini. Bukan ya?” I thought the PCs is rented to them, and they are just patrons like me because she looks like knows nothing. “Saya memang kerja di sini, Mbak. Tapi saya orang baru.” I walk away a few steps and stone for a while before I decide to step back and ask more.

“Terus kapan Abang itu balik?”
She look at me with the bingung face,“Yah besoklah.Tadi pagi baru kluarnya.”
What? Tomorrow? “Mbak nga tau gimana pakenya? Vouchernya?”
“Saya orang baru Mbak. Lagian ini bukan bidang saya.”
“Mbak nga tau? Terus Mbak duduk di sini ngapain? Uda masuk kerja masa nga tau apa-apa?”
She gives me that innocent face,“Lho Mbak kok kek gitu?”

Apanya yang kek gitu? Wong kamu uda masuk kerja, hal sepele aja ga tau gimana. lantas duduk di sana buat apaan? Mending pulang ke rumah aja sampe Abang itu udah datang terus ajarin kamu baru deh masuk kerja. Stupid. Then today whole day no need do business lo, better close la. She knew nothing also.

I don’t understand how could they hire such a stupid fella, sit at the counter to beautify the place only. I don’t fucking care what the fuck is your major in university, once you take the job you should be able to understand the scope, the responsibility. You should know how to deal with your costumer. Not being so irresponsible by saying that you are a new person and it’s not your field. If only her boss knows that she let go of the customer.

As evil as usual, I rushed down to information center and asked the lady where can I complain. She was surprised and I told her the story. The security guard said it’s the other company that rent the place there and provide that WiFi service so no connection with Thamrin Plaza. Fine then. I won’t let her go next time if she did this again. Biar dipecat! Isshhh…

    If I also will complain..but b4 that I will answer the gal back sarcastically at the counter first b4 goin to complain. Sigh..this ppl will never succeed in life la. Everything also dunno!No initiative at all wan..=P
    Hope u found out bout the usage of the WiFi at the end gal. =)
