Customer is a king

That statement is around ever since customer and producers exist I think or don’t know since when la. I know we have to respect them but that doesn’t mean we have to follow whatever the customer want blindly, all the time. While we know the choice they make and want is not good for them, we can make a suggestion, guide them to a better line.

But what I experience here is, from design to printing to time management to delivery, everything the customer also want to be involve. Ok, that’s good but they are the one who direct us and told us what to do, some even plan everything for you. While we stupidly follow them also, just like a tool without brain. Wtf? It ends up the customer control us and not we control them. We are the one who is in their hand. By that, how to create customer loyalty? But every time the colleagues always say, what to do, customer is a king. -__-” Sigh.. I have so many to complain.
