When 10 days holiday is too long for me
Tomorrow is holiday~! The town is so quite. Most of the people who celebrate Idul Fitri already went back to their hometown. Some who don’t celebrate it and have money & time, already went overseas to spend their holiday. For some who have time but no money to buy the expensive last minute flight’s ticket, like me, will just spend the holiday at home.
Back in the schooling time, holiday is what me and other students always waiting for, especially the 1 month holiday on June. Because that means we will travel with parents either to local places or overseas. Money isn’t an issue for us, or at least for me, at that time.
As I grow up and step in the working world, holiday is still what I always waiting for. But I don’t demand such a long holiday, where it supposed to be 5 days only but somehow extended to 10 days. Wtf? Because the salary will be cut and that means income is lessen, while outcome is more. Besides that the cuti period also kena cut, for those who work for above 1 year. So the best thing to do is to stay at home.
Afterall spend the holiday at home ain’t a bad thing at all. I’ve rarely spent some good time in front of my TV. I only spend 45 minutes on the weekday to watch Mars Vs Venus. What a waste of having Astro. I’m gonna use it wisely during this holiday and get back to the past habit - watch Korean/Taiwan drama. I have two series waiting for me to watch so far. Not to forget Nip Tuck season 1 and 2 that haven’t been touch ever since my boy went back. -__-”
Holiday’s plan is settled~! 8 days at home relax and write pay post, 2 days go to Brastagi with parents.
