-__-” As someone who grow up speaking Hokkien all the time and start using English actively few years ago, I can say that learning English is easy. Yes, that’s easy if we use it everyday and not just learn and store the words in our brain. For someone who start using English and learn Hokkien later on, it is easy too. It’s not hard to learn Hokkien words. My housemate can learn that in a short time as we kept talking in Hokkien. Forget about scare people laugh at you. Just try to talk using whatever language you want to learn. Practice makes perfect anyway.
