Welcoming Dell Inspiron 530
The new ‘baby’ was delivered yesterday afternoon.
The Dual Core Dell CPU looked so elegant in silver and white, with 4 USB at the back. Enough for the mouse, keyboard, speaker and printer. -__-” No worry, it has 4 USB and 4 card readers at the front.
The delivery-man who thought that I am a secondary student, helped me plugged in everything. The result was, the whole cables looked like a chau ta (cos it’s black) Indomie Goreng.
If only it was an iMac, with wireless or bluetooth mouse and keyboard, things will be less messy.
As a well organized person, I couldn’t stand of the cables and tidied up myself. Lots of cables is what I hate from a PC. Laptop is so much neater.
With the speaker on top of the CPU, the 19″ Dell LCD looks like a box bunny.
Clean work place creates a better mood in working.
After finished with the setting up, it was time to turn it on and check out the original Windows Vista Home edition. Not much features in this home edition. Time to say goodbye to vista…
and welcoming Windows XP SP 3 professional edition.
Formatting, installing drivers and other applications were done in a night time. I might be clueless when it comes to repair Hansgrohe faucets, but I am well trained enough in handling computer stuffs. *cough cough* All thanks to the tech savvy boyfriend.
