I used to have lots of acne on my face, especially around the T area (forehead and nose). What I did was to try whatever acne treatments that was suggested by friends and family. It succeed but acne would come out again on my face in a large amount. It was like – die one, grow one thousand. -__-”
Slowly I realized that it is not just about the product but also the lifestyle. I ate a lot of oily foods, I felt stressful because of the college assignments, I did assignments until late night and sleep late, and the weather was so hot. With such an unbalance life, how could acne not appear on my face?
So, I tried to get my life back on the track (sleep earlier, don’t think too much, etc) and used Oxy 10 at the same time. It was a happy ending story. Though acne will still come if I am in a stress mode. I can’t take stress away from me.
