In a blink of eye it is the 7th month of 2008 already. Together we have sailed through the big wave and storm from the ocean of LDR for the past 14 months.

It is not easy for sure to keep the relationship alive. You know, not having each other physically by side, no eye contact, no comforting hug, no holding each other hand. All we have is just words and icons on lcd screen to represent our feeling. Misunderstanding happens sometimes and we quarrel for a small thing.

Physical appearance and spending time with each other is very important. Therefore, we fly every 2 or 3 months to see each other. Something that is hard to do if i were still woking 8-6.

I have tried to look for a job in kl to end this ldr. But it didn’t work. The next option is to get married. While he works, I will be a house wife or involve in activity like Phoenix assisted living homes – taking care of seniors. It sounds great but we will pass this for now. The last option is to move to another country where both of us can work there. We couldn’t find any other better place than the merlion hometown, singapore, the heaven for foreign workers.

Til then, we have to suck up with the distance. Half year to go til he finishs his advertising degree. Half year to go for me to polish my skill and portfolio and also saving money for the job hunting in singapore.

We will be doing good.
