A good friend of mine asked me out to Hill Park Sibolangit this Sunday. It is a one day trip. The playful side of me almost said,’Yes’. But the serious accountant side quickly took the role and said,”Hold on. I will think of it first.”

So, I sat down and started to calculate the fee. The transportation fee should be cheaper than the previous trip because we are using personal car instead of rental. Then there is food; breakfast, lunch and snacks maybe. But the most money consuming one comes from the ticket to play in Hill Park. Entrance ticket is at IDR.12.000 excluded any rides and attractions. Ticket for each ride is at IDR.10.000 to IDR.12.000. Although the place is not larger than theme park at Orlando vacations, it has so many rides there.

I thought that the worst scenario would be: I sit there watching them riding on roller coaster and other rides, so I won’t need to spend too much money. But think again, I rather stay at home so no single cents is coming out from my pocket. Sounds so stingy. What to do, I have to pay the ticket to KL.

So, stay at home, get fairer, can earn money some more.
