My speedy was soooo slow.. it took forever to download 100 MB (where usualy only took about 1.5 hours). But last week I got virus attacked few days before it went that slow, but after my pc clean, it was still the same. But in the last 2 days it goes super fast again (until this minute, hopefuly for forever *crossing fingers*) So maybe they were having a maintance thing back then? I had the same problem weeks ago.
