Diet on the way

It’s not me but my younger brother whom is in diet (somewhat) progress. He is soon to be 17 years old, 165 cm and almost 80 kg (or more than that, I’ve forgotten); sort of fat especially around the tummy and thigh. All of the sudden he becomes so shape-conscious. I suppose it’s because of a girl? :P

He still eats 3 full meals and 1 light meal in a day. But he has reduce his rice consumption. I mean, the rice on his plate is no longer stack up like a mountain. However, he is still lazy to do exercise not to say consume legal steroids to build up muscle. Let’s see whether he can keep his diet on track or not.
