Medan is so small yet so big

Yesterday my Mum’s client dropped by to take her stuffs together with the shipping boxes with calendars inside. Then she said that she was going to Angsapura cause her husband blablabla relative just passed away (out of a sudden). She described how it happened blablabla. Her voice was so loud that I could hear it. :P

I was wondering maybe the relative whom she talked about is my friend’s Mum whom just passed away and placed at Angsapura too. I didn’t know the story of how her Mum passed away but I know it was so sudden without major sickness. But well, there is so many sections in Angsapura, maybe it was a different person.

So, like planned, I went there with my friends at night time. They told me the story and I realized it was the same with what I heard; which means same person. Conclusion, Medan is so small lo.

Medan-overview

But, Medan is big at the same time. :P This close friend of mine always ‘bump’ into a childhood friend of us whom will come back from Singapore occasionally. But me, who lived just a few streets away from him, never experience this ‘bump’-into-him thing lo. -___-” The last time we met face to face was like… 4 years ago? I guess I know the reason, cause I seldom hang out at Sun Plaza, where almost all Medanese go to during the weekend. Hence it decreases my chance to ‘bump’ into someone I know. :P
