Yippiyay! Finally, I have my very own customized desk calendar for 2009! 
That’s my family picture and Yes, my wallpaper says,”Mo’ money.. Mo’ money..” Just how much I love money eh? 
I don’t create this desk calendar without any reason. Actually this is a task from my Mum. We are running a seasonal calendar business. We sell calendars in a large scale and we do binding all sort of finishing things. Recently, there is a few customers asking about the possibility of printing a few sets (only) of their own desk calendars (means using their pictures). My Mum found out a place that can print calendar in a small scale and we gave it a try.
It took me 4 hours to design the whole calendar, from typing out the numbers to design the pictures. The most time consuming part is when typing the numbers, as I need to type the date (in small circle) based on Chinese calendar too. Means, we have two kinds of date.
The printing process itself was quick and the price for 3 sets is at IDR.50.000 ($5). That is printing price only. 1 sets consists of 6 pieces of paper with 12 pages for 12 months. We do the binding ourselves.
I’m so looking forward 2009 so I can use the calendar.

Oh that’s such a great looking calendar though! I want to do something like this for a christmas pressie for my Mum. Though I don’t know if I’ll put all the touches you did (with the ribbon) because it’d be hard hide all that stuff from her at home!
wiehane, I love those personalized calendar of yours. When I was in state it is easy to find company whom let you print 1 or 2. Where did you go to do this?
