*Ranting mode on*

I’m not sure if lazy is the best word to describe them, probably irresponsible is the right word, but whatever. I have no intention to write this post until boyfriend told me that he couldn’t online. Not because of the lousy connection from Streamyx, but because the housemate (also the house owner) hasn’t paid the internet bill! This is not the first time. Sigh.

I really don’t understand what is going on in their mind. If they can afford going clubbing, buying branded shoes that cost hundred Ringgit Malaysia, etc, why can’t they afford to pay bills on time? Why do they prefer to put it there for months then only pay when the internet line/electricity/water has been cut? Do they get a discount price if doing so? Paying bills is just a click away nowadays. It can be done from home (thanks to internet) as long as your Bank account is not empty.

Now, looking back into my past experience with housemates (male, female, gay), I can see that they have a few things in common: (more…)

An Indonesian student allegedly jumped to his death in a Singapore university on Monday after stabbing one of his professors in a course project.

Agence France-Presse news agency reported that the final-year student of the electrical and electronics engineering school at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) was pronounced dead on the scene, while the professor was in stable condition after receiving treatment.

Detik.com news portal identified the student as David Hartanto, a graduate of the prestigious SMK Penabur I high school, Jakarta. David had been under the supervision of Professor Chan Kap Luk for his final project.

Sigh. What a tragedy. A smart-final-year-student with bright future ended his life just like that. May he rest in peace. It is still a question mark of why he chose that path, but many speculated that it was because of the FYP.

Sulit dipercaya. Tekanan hidup. Sigh.

On the other side, not a good news too, one of my blogs is not indexed in Google! It has PR and now appears as N/A? This is doom’s day! I’ve investigated it in whatever way and yes, it is true, although my blog is still being crawled like usual.

Sigh. *headache*

Off to do what I can do to save it and get it being indexed again.

I should have posted this yesterday, but the cheap fare from Airasia has pushed this post away.

Anyway, we (my friends and I) had a light dinner at Dante Coffee, Cambridge Mall on Friday night. The place is not bad with excellent customer service and polite waiters.

Yea, too polite that one of the waiters referred to us, the ladies, as Pak (read: Sir) when he wanted to clean up the table. lol. One thing that I can assume is, most of their customers are men, especially yuppies.

Besides that, Dante is comfortable enough to surf online with your beloved laptop. See the comfy red couch? How great it is IF the whole area of Cambridge Mall is facilitated with free WiFi and there is a small area/lounge with comfy couch for you to online (just like 1Utama@Malaysia), free without having to buy any drink from any coffee shop. Aiks.. How can I be so cheap skate.

Anyway, I was editing the above picture, zooming in and just realized that Yenny is inside too! See that tiny little girl behind the hot-lady-in-orange-shirt. I forget whether this picture was taken after she spotted and greeted me or before that. Hehe.. But, I can’t believe that she still have time to go to gym after work and all the busy schedule. Thumbs up!
