Bye straight hair, hello curlie

The title says it all. After 3-4 years of leaving my hair free from harmful-yet-makes-one-looks-beautiful kind of hair styling process, such as rebonding, I decided to perm it to ease my life in growing my hair. Cause I can’t stand the messy hair once it reaches shoulder-length. That’s when I normally quit from growing it and chop it to short Bob again.

I headed to the usual saloon at 9am and finished at 11.30am. My short hair went from natural straight to curly in less than 3 hours. My first time and it’s faster than my expectation. Whew… Besides, the process is less hassle and less tiring than rebonding or smoothing.

Total damage is IDR1,015,000 where half of it goes to the Kerastase products – shampoo and hair care. This should be the biggest ‘investment’ that I have ever made to my hair. :D Happy soul now. Will post the aftermath picture later. And, I guess it’s time for me to change the character illustration on the right hand side of this blog.
