I know that everyone has a different priority in life. What I see as important, other sees as not and the other way round.
Some people might wear RM5 shirt and cheapo sandal on daily life, but willing to splurge on foods and dining at expensive restaurant. Others might be very calculative when it comes to food, but willing to spend on several guaranteed issue life insurance and Apple stuffs. See, different priority in life.
But I seriously can’t accept when everyone rushed to pump petrol and joined the long queue, just because petrol price increased 5 sen per liter. Aiyo you can only save 1 tank, not like it gonna last for months.
Better sit at home and think how to save petrol money. Car pool with colleagues maybe, Walk more, etc.
Good thing is, we work from home for now and this town is so small, won’t spend so much on petrol compare to KL. But it depends on car also.
Ok enough, stop here. After the heavy rain , lightning, and short black out, our modem kaput already. So here I am, writing from mobile phone for the first time cause the mobile broadband refuse to work on laptop. Ugh. Bad week.
Some people says that baby/kid will bring smile on your face after a long tiring stressful day at the office. (Un)fortunately I’m not at that stage yet and safe prenatal vitamins is still a strange thing to me. So just watching the puppies and dogs sleeping or playing from the window is enough to brighten up my day and makes me smile.

Those two on the right picture are my fave among 13 – 14 dogs (I lost count already cause there is newborn, passed away, moved to another town); named San se nai cha (read: three layered tea) and Mei Jing (read: US dollar). See how cute they are. Posing and physical look so similar also. But no, they aren’t mother and son.
I’m gonna miss them if we were to move out.
I should feel blessed for having a home office, or I should refer to it as workstation, although it is very simple and no where near beautiful or inspiring.
When we first bought the table, it seems to be enough for 2 person. But not anymore, our paperless home office suddenly have more paper, notes, books, short term health insurance NC quotes, etc. So, basically we need more space. Probably larger table with better design and color.

Here are two that I like:
- Top image, from here, I like the http text on wall and the light color of the wooden desk. Overall it looks very soft and clean, thanks to the white color of Mac also. No, I’m not gonna switch to Mac. But mostly PC stuffs is so fugly, ugh.
- Bottom image, from here, the table is so long, me like! Can put 3-in-1 printer. Also love how the table is nailed to the wall = legless table.
Hopefully I can fulfill my dream home office on next year
So much to learn about people, life, attitude, business ethic, and so on. Sometimes I’m getting tired of the learning process. Sigh.
The negative me was once being showered with positive vibe during the training and personal growth, besides cracking brain on advertising campaign like effective weight loss products, on four years ago. I was shown that there is hope, we can achieve win-win situation, and many more.
I gave myself a second chance and learn to see thing from different perspective. But it is still all about ‘either I win and you lose’. I don’t mind if it’s a healthy competition, too bad it isn’t. I can hardly find win-win situation or let’s-work-on-together kinda stuff. Even people that is labelled as ‘friends’, can come and knock you down regardless how many years the friendship is already.
It is also hard to find ‘I am my words’ kind of people. Just like recently, we encountered a young man who looks educated but can’t keep his word. He talks A, but when it comes to action, he does B. No responsibility. That’s why I hate people who talks a lot. Save your words and saliva, prove it in action instead.
I have lots to rant but I think it’s best to pour our all my complaints to Him instead.
I am referring to my upcoming trip to KL on next Thursday, which is less than 10 days from now! A solo trip from Sibu, but I will join my Mum and my bro at KL airport. A short family reunion, I can say.
To anticipate the hot weather in KL, I’ve prepared acne treatment along with lotion etc.
Our last meet-up was on last March, when I flew back hometown post Chinese New Year, but I already miss them so much; including word’s fighting with my bro and his clown’s act. Can’t wait to have mother-daughter’s talk and shopping session as well. Phone call and talk while having lunch together has such a different feel.

Anyway, it will be a short 5 days trip only, with first day settling my bro’s accommodation and whatever university related stuffs. Second day is reserved for Mum’s medical check-up stuff. The other 2 days could be for shopping and relax, while 5th day is the Sayonara time. I might be able to online via mobile broadband on phone, but won’t bring laptop or handle any work related stuff.
