I’m the ‘early sleep, early rise’ type. So when I sleep past midnight, it’s usually because of the following:
1) Hot and humid weather. Even wind is hot. Then sweat and sticky skin. How to sleep? Duh. Blessed you who have air-con.
2) Work. Sometimes because of deadline. Sometimes because I’m too excited & passionate with the project. Sometimes because my mind can’t rest well if I don’t get the work done and delay to another day which might result in nightmare – imagine being haunted by ashton cigars that comes alive or so.
3) Tea. Just discovered this recently. Either teh-o-ice (iced tea) or teh tarik (milk tea) on supper will cause me to stay up late. I thought it should be coffee instead? -__-”
