My typical breakfast is bread loaf with chocolate sprinkle / kaya / tuna spread / chocolate Nutella / scramble egg / whatever topping that you can think of, plus a cup of hot Milo or Oatmeal. I’ll have the bread while checking my email, facebook, twitter before starting with the real work.

On a more relaxing day where there is no urgent deadline or piles of work, we’ll go to mamak stall for breakfast. Roti Pisang with sambal – I dislike the curry – along with a cup of Teh Tarik (literally translated as pulled tea). Eating while seeing the activities around and overheard the people on the table next to us talking about diet pills that work or politics.
I’m a breakfast person, can’t skip it or this brain will refuse to stay focus and work well.
Yes, that’s my all time favorite way of eating bread. Great for lazy breakfast day or snack/tea time while listening to fave songs on ipods. Just spread enough butter on the bread, add some sugar and chocolate sprinkles. Done! I can tell the amusement on my mother-in-law’s face when she first saw me spreading chocolate sprinkles on bread. Heh, that’s how I had it since childhood and probably all Indonesians too.

And, my favorite chocolate sprinkles’ brand is Ceres from Indonesia. I’ve bought local chocolate sprinkles (no brand) in Sibu but it didn’t taste that yummy and sold in a small bottle, mostly used for baking cake purpose only. So I asked Mum to bring over last week all the way from Medan to KL.
Mum used to spread a lot of chocolate sprinkles until it covers the whole bread’s surface, almost like this picture. Oh so yummy! But I scare it will finish so fast before I get another pack of Ceres, hence I just spread half of the bread. *frugal mode on*
Oh nom nom..
Weather has been very weird lately. It can rain cats and dogs in the morning, then becomes so hot and sunny in afternoon or night time. The weird weather will not only make me easily falls sick but also make pimples growing on this face, and have to do home remedies for acne during weekend.

When it rains heavily in the morning, I will be very lazy to step out of the house for breakfast although we can drive the car to our usual breakfast place which is in walking distance only. It’s just something about rain and cold weather that brings up the lazy mode.
The easiest solution is to have a cup of hot Milo and breads with scramble eggs. Yummy! Then I’ll sit in front of the computer and eat while checking emails and plan out the working schedule for the rest of the day.
