First, I haven’t receive this month Astro newsletter yet. This is the 3rd month of having no newsletter! I’ve emailed them last month and the customer service has called my mum the day after the email was sent. He said XX (insert a name) has received the newsletter. But there none of my family member has that name lo.

He offered to send it, for April. But it was the end of the month already, so mum said no need. Then, here came May. Tomorrow is day 10 of the month already and the newsletter still not here. What the tuuut is going on with the delivery?

Second, the Astro decoder is broken down already. It was black out for 4 hours. When we tried to turn it on, it just wouldn’t on. There is some krek krek krek sounds too. This is not the first time actually. Previously after the black out, it wouldn’t on but having such a weird sounds. :S
