He was meeting his friend this evening and came back home with a black forest cake! He phoned me that he’ll be slightly late for dinner (by few mins only) as he went to buy something. Ok, so I thought it must be men stuff like cable cover or driller related thing. Cake is the last thing that came into my mind.

“Why you buy black forest out of a sudden?”
“For supper?”
“Then, why must it be black forest? Why not just bread like usual?”
“Cause you like black forest”

Yea, I’m the annoying melancholic type with all the w-h-y question. And hey, my tough man can be sweet too. Thank you dearest!

With two posts in a row showing blessing and thankful, I am thinking of making this entire month’s posts to be thankful related topic, cause Thanksgiving is just around the corner.

So what if,
He never brought me to a luxurious restaurant for a candlelight dinner,
He never gave me a diamond ring or any other expensive jewelry,
He never presented a huge bucket of roses on Valentine’s Day,
He never bought a human size Teddy bear on my birthday,
He never got a Tuscany villa rentals for me,

So what if he never did all those things?

After all, he appeared in my front door early in the morning when I thought he was supposed to be at the other country dealing with his assignments and submission! How sweet it is… I’m so gonna marry him if he asks me to right now.
